Effects of Climate Change on Lake Winnebago
Historic water data was analyzed in order to determine if climate change was affecting Lake Winnebago in similar ways to how it is affecting the Great Lakes. The Detroit District of the US Army Corps of Engineers has water level data available starting in 1980 and available throught the present. Their website allows one to access water level data for every day, but restricts the viewing of it to seven years at a time. The output from the website is shown below.

Data from every day from 1980 until December of 2010 was taken from the website and imported into Microsoft Office Excel. Every data point was then plotted continuously on a graph with days in which there was no data available omitted. Additional plots of yearly maximums and yearly averages were also made.
